- Like most of the channels we connect to, we do not support more than two sets of variations for any product, usually reserved for Color & Size. Most people recognize these variations as drop-down choice selections, found in major marketplaces like Amazon and eBay. Any product that has more than two variation sets will not be compatible with the system and will result in unsuccessful listings.
- UPC/EAN Barcodes are required by most major channels. We highly recommend acquiring barcodes from your manufacturer, or the purchase of your own barcodes.
Creating your own barcodes or using incorrect barcodes can result in your channel accounts to be penalized, and sometimes closed. Please use caution when assigning barcodes to your products.
To list and sync properly, each product and variation must have a unique SKU, which we rely on internally as references in your account. If you have not assigned SKU's to your products in Shopify, we rely on the Shopify ID as the SKU value by default. If you have assigned SKU's to your products and variations in Shopify, each of these SKU's must be unique.
