If we have helped import a marketplace order back to your store-front CMS, Full refunds may be issued within your storefront. The order status will successfully shuttle back to your marketplace account.
Please be advised if we've helped you import the marketplace order back to your store-front and you need to issue a Partial refund, this would need to be handled directly on the Marketplace seller account.
Please be informed that we do not send the order status updates from the marketplaces back to your storefront. We can only import the Unfulfilled orders and allow you to Force Import the Fulfilled/ Shipped orders back to your storefront.
This means that we will not be able to update the order status in your storefront if the Buyer cancels the marketplace order. You should receive an email/notification from the marketplace, letting you know that the Buyer canceled the order. At the same time, the order status will be updated in the Orders Pane in Shopping Feed.
